This "Evolve" Contest will run from 22nd March 2010 – 30th April 2010.

This contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) years and above, except for employees of Olympus (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers as well as its advertising, creative, media, digital, design and other creative agencies and their immediate family members.

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the contest and agree that decisions made by Olympus Malaysia are final and conclusive. No further queries or correspondence will be entertained.

The first prize is an Olympus PEN New Generation System Camera, E-PL1 with a 14-42mm f3.5-5.6 lens, accessories not included.

Based on the theme, participants are required to submit a photograph (filesize should not exceed 2MB) which best showcase evolution creatively. The photograph MUST be accompanied by the following:

Entries should be submitted via evolvewitholympus.com.my and must be received latest by 30th April 2010.

Contestants can send as many entries as possible. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

All photographs submitted must be the work of the individuals submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere.

Olympus Malaysia shall at its sole and absolute decision shortlist the winners based on the following criteria: visually appealing, creative, original and accompanied by an interesting and well-described caption.

The winners will be judged on 50% popularity online vote and 50% on creativity by a panel of judges.

Winners of the Prizes will be notified by 30th May 2010 via email. Participants may also visit evolvewitholympus.com.my for the results.

Prizes can only be redeemed at Olympus Headquarters at Suite D-10-P1, Level 10, Plaza Mont' Kiara, Mont' Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Prizes will be deemed forfeited if not collected by 15th July 2010.

All prizes both partially or fully are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

The Organiser reserves the right to publish or display the name, picture, identification number and city of residence of the Winners of the Contest for advertising and publicity purposes.

By participating in the Contest, participants have agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.

The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add any Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Judges decision is final. No further correspondence on this matter will be entertained.

This voucher is only valid until 30th September 2010.

This voucher is only applicable for any Olympus digital camera models (subject to availability) and does not include accessories.

This voucher must be surrendered at the time of purchase.

Stocks will be available for collection within one week from the date of order, depending on stocks availability.

This voucher is only redeemable at Olympus Headquarters and not other photoshops in the venue.

During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.

No partial redemption is allowed.
